The one and only job of a customer service business - like ours - is to make the customers going for the trips to enjoy themselves - to make them feel comfortable and safe, regardless of what it is that is being done during the trip. Of course the guides have to know all the basic technical skills too, but we feel that the most important thing for the guides is to have the right spirit in whatever it is they are doing at the time.
We do also feel that the strength of our organization is flexibility, which makes possible that everybody does everything, all though many tasks are of course, taken care by those who do them the best. For example, the Santa Claus is basically the Santa Claus here. The length of the work day is determined by the customers in general, we are not used to saying no, we do just about anything, the customers decide.
Some
of our staff for this winter is introduced in the following, so that you get a chance to know beforehand who you are going to deal with. These descriptions are rather short, subjective and spiced up with a bit of humor. We gladly take feedback - after the safaris.
